Paul Evenson, AIA
Senior Associate

Paul Joined BCT in 2006, and has since played a key role in both the design and construction administration of many of BCT’s retail, mixed-use, multi-family and senior housing projects. A dedicated designer, Paul enjoys all phases of work, from schematic through documentation.  Always bringing a fresh perspective to his work, Paul takes a holistic approach to projects, paying attention to all of the details that result in a complete and successful design project.  His boundless enthusiasm and sensitivity to clients’ needs means he is always in high demand.

In addition to having a variety of mixed-use and residential experience under his belt,  Paul was also instrumental in the design and construction of the Under Armour Performance Center at 10 Light Street - a 40,000 sf renovation of an important and historic downtown Baltimore bank space originally built in the 1920's. With its soaring, three-story space, marble and travertine finishes, and tile mosaics, this flagship project redefines the fitness center.

Paul received a Bachelor of Architecture from North Dakota State. Most recently he has been involved with Higher Achievement of Baltimore - an extracurricular mentorship and homework assistance academy staffed by community volunteers, aiding students in the 5th through 8th grades.

"I am always thrilled when I can create spaces that appeal to families and those of all ages-both young and old."
