Christopher Holler, AIA
Principal

Chris first came to BCT as an intern in 1998 and following graduation joined the firm a year later. Over the years, Chris has gained experience in all phases of work from schematic, through construction documentation and administration, working on a variety of project types including retail, restaurant, mixed-used and interior design. However, he found he preferred and excelled at production work. As a result, Chris, now a Principal, leads Studio D, BCT's technical documentation and production studio, which oversees all major projects in the office.

As an accomplished project architect and project manager, Chris takes great pleasure in specifying materials and finishes and his technical skills ensure construction documentation and administration run smoothly. Chris is known as a straight shooter, keeping his team and consultants on task, on budget and on schedule.Under his supervision his team has completed both small and large scale projects including restaurant interiors, renovation and repositioning work for the firm’s longest standing retail clients. Studio D was also responsible from the completion of such ground-up projects as King of Prussia Town Center, Cascades Overlook, Downtown Crown and The Shops at Canton Crossing. Chris was also part of the team that played a prominent role in the creation of National Harbor, designing and overseeing the construction of a significant number of buildings at the shoreline.

Chris received a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Lehigh University and is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

"I am most proud of those projects, whether a small renovation or large scale development, which I can follow from conception through occupation."
